Frequently Asked Questions
Due to there being a limited supply of tickets available, there is no guarantee that you will be able to change or upgrade existing tickets. However, if you desire to, email firstname.lastname@example.org with A REGAL AFFAIR as the subject and if one is available, we will get you taken care of.
We encourage guests to use rideshare services like Lyft or Uber to get to the event. There will be minimum parking close to the event and will be reserved for VIP first.
Please come with your ticket printed, or on your phone showing the ticket number. You will then be given a wristband.
VIP must pickup wristbands prior to event in a location TBA via email closer to the event.
Attire for the Panel/Vending is non-specific. Come as you are. Mandatory attire for the Dining Experience is semi-formal & formal. Dress to impress! Don’t feel like going all the way formal? Semi-formal is welcomed! Guests are encouraged to experiment with their finest Black, brown, gold, nude, cream, & hints of white. NO JEANS ALLOWED!
This event is strictly 21 and older. No children will be admitted. ID check upon entry.
One ticket gets you a meal for one. However, there will be to-go plates available for foods that you were unable to consume during dinner.
Guest are encouraged to bring the following:
• Outside Food
• Outside beverages
• Pets or animals of any kind
• Tents or canopies
• Coolers of any kind
Acceptable methods of payment include credit/debit and cash.
A Regal Affair is a "rain or shine" event and tickets are non-refundable. If there is a government-issued state of emergency, ticket holders will be notified of the rescheduled date.
